5小锅加纯净水,量没过鱼片就好

6小火慢煮,筷子不断搅拌,以免沾锅,鱼块碎了没事,反正都要碎? (下锅取出姜片,可留两块在锅煮)

7鱼肉稍泛白就关火,盛出鱼肉空水

9盛出的鱼肉块用筷子弄碎,不用太细致,之后开电饼铛或者不粘锅小火,放肉块摊平炒?

10边翻炒边用铲子碾压,一直小火,没有热气,一半以上变黄色就关火。用预热再翻炒两分钟?

11用研磨机打磨成粉状,到在锅的一边

13全部研磨后摊平,用锅余温翻炒几遍或者再起锅小火加热,锅热关火,利用余温把剩余热气水分除去,不要炒过头硬了,温热松软就正好?

14三文鱼只有主刺,小刺很少或没有,在这步可以一点点翻看以防有刺,有刺也打磨软了,但为了宝宝安全还是检查排除好?
