2自然软化的黄油加过筛后的糖粉一起用刮刀翻拌均匀!

3用电动打蛋器打发到体积稍微彭大,颜色变浅!然后将蛋黄放到筛子里筛出细末状,再加入到打发的黄油里一起搅拌!

4将混合的粉类加入到打发的黄油里用刮刀翻拌,然后揉成面团,再用保鲜膜包好,放进冰箱冷藏室冷藏1个小时!

5取出冷藏好的面团,8g一个小面团揉成小圆球!

6将小圆球有距离的摆放在烤盘上,用大拇指按扁(按扁时会出现自然的裂纹)
