1榴莲肉用搅拌棒打成泥

2吉利丁粉提前放入牛奶里泡一会,然后加热让吉利丁粉融化,倒入盛榴莲泥的盆里搅拌均匀

3淡奶油加糖打到有纹路即可

5取一片七寸戚风蛋糕片放入七寸模具里,因为最后还要裱花修形,所以就直接用七寸戚风蛋糕片就行

6一层蛋糕片一层慕斯液,再一层蛋糕片一层慕斯液
