22盆中放入室温软化的奶油奶酪,用电动打蛋器打至蓬松状态加糖加淡奶油,继续打至蓬松顺滑的状态,不能太干,太干就加一点淡奶油调解浓稠度,最后放马斯卡彭,因为马斯卡彭打发过度会水油分离
