原料
牛肉: 250克, 杏鲍菇: 2个, 青椒: 1个, 小葱: 10根, 蒜: 5瓣, 料酒: 少许, 老抽: 少许, 盐: 少许, 黑胡椒碎: 少许, 蚝油: 少许, 白糖: 少许, 姜末: 少许
步骤
1葱切小段,蒜切末与片两种,姜切末,青椒切块,杏鲍菇切块备用
2腌制牛肉:牛肉切块后,用少许白糖、蒜末、姜末、蚝油、料酒、黑胡椒碎腌制放入冰箱20分钟
3开大火热锅,加入食用油后,加入蒜末爆香
