小技巧
1.饺子皮擀的时候,切记要正面擀一下,反面擀一下,不能盯着一面擀,否则底部的那一张会擀不开 2.蒸饺子皮的时候一定要垫块纱布,不然会粘锅 3,馅儿可以炒的稍微咸一点,因为要卷著饼吃
