原料
带鱼段, 蒜末, 香葱末, 姜末, 盐, 花椒, 料酒, 豆瓣酱, 米醋, 酱油, 白糖, 面粉
步骤
1带鱼段去内脏,洗净,放入碗中,撒入适量盐、花椒,淋入料酒,搅拌均匀后腌制10分钟

2豆瓣酱剁碎备用
3腌制好的带鱼表面的水分拿厨房纸吸干,拍一层薄薄的面粉

4锅中放油,烧到7、8成热时,放入拍了粉的带鱼块

带鱼和后面用到的豆瓣酱都有咸味,前面腌制时放盐要注意用量哈,别太咸了。
