里嵴肉排, 咖喱粉, 面包糠, 生抽, 盐, 椰子汁 (或者原味酸奶), 鸡蛋, 洋葱, 大葱
步骤
1肉排用到背剁剁拍拍,家里有锤肉那玩意儿最好了

2放咖喱粉 少许生抽 盐

6猪排取出用纸巾吸下表面的酱油汁

8面包糠放少许咖喱粉拌匀(这个是我瞎搞的。。。脚的这样会更咖喱)

9捞出蛋液里的猪排放到面包糠里

12猪排入锅炸,注意,火不要太大,免得表面焦了,里面没熟还,关火之后还可以继续用余温炸会儿

14炸猪排的时候,炒锅里放少许油,爆香洋葱跟大葱,装盘

小技巧
1、猪排可以提前一天晚上腌制放冰箱,这样会更入味哈 2、面包糠里放少许咖喱粉,这个看自己喜欢哈,我是想当然瞎搞的。。。 3、炸猪排的时候火候不要太大,最后关火可以用余温再炸下 4、浇汁很重要哈~~记得放椰子汁(原味酸奶也可以)
