23烤箱預熱200度,上下火,烤15分鐘,取出後再撒上少許馬蘇里拉芝士,烤五鍾芝士融化即可

小技巧
炒醬時還可以加入元蔥碎,這隨個人口味,我是後來披薩菜放元蔥多些。披薩醬炒幹些不要緊,因為餅坯上還要放蔬菜,有些蔬菜烤完後會下湯汁 餅坯皮儘量擀的稍薄些,餳發後麵餅坯還會發起來些厚度。在餅坯上扎小眼兒防止在烘烤當中餅坯鼓起。 披薩餅所有配菜可自行調整,配菜切絲切塊隨意。
