刀削麵: 一片, 魷魚: 適量, 鮮蝦: 適量, 蔬菜: 適量, 鹽: 適量
步驟
1全家福~ 蝦剝殼,留下蝦頭備用。魷魚切塊,蔬菜洗凈

2鍋加熱後轉小火,倒入適量油(可以多一點),把備用的蝦頭,小火炸,直至蝦頭金黃金黃了,油也變黃燦燦的就OK啦~ 撈起蝦頭放碗中(可吃可不吃)

3倒入蝦和魷魚,中火煸炒~
