原料
綠茶粉: 7g, 糖粉: 38g, 綿白糖: 35g, 白砂糖: 50g, 蛋白: 45g, 杏仁粉: 50g
步驟
1先將白砂糖和蛋白放在一個容器中,然後攪拌至糖化

2然後用快速將步驟2攪拌打發,打至乾性發泡,約用6分鐘

3接著加入綿白糖再打發約6分鐘

5然後加入綠茶粉,用刮板充分拌勻

6將拌勻的5裝入裱花袋中,擠在鋪有高溫布的烤盤中

7將6放入事先預熱好的烤箱中,以上下火170/120℃約烤11分鐘左右
