鮮GouZao: 427g, 植物油: 60g, 麵粉: 50~60g, 鹽: 適量, 雞精: 適量
步驟
1鮮GouZao摘凈葉子用清水漂洗後再浸泡15分鐘去去上面的泥水後瀝干水份

2在瀝干水份的GouZao分次加入60g植物油

3分別用手把油抓勻,力求讓每隻GouZao都均勻沾上油

4分次把麵粉撒入。

5每撒一次都要抓均,無疙瘩才能撒第二次

6抓勻的小GouZao每隻要像均勻的持了一層霜

7接下來就可以上鍋啦,大火蒸8~12分鐘即可
