步驟
1原料:大棗、紅皮花生、麵粉、玉米面

2將大棗和花生洗凈後用清水浸泡。我用的大棗是乾的,所以用水泡一下

3將玉米面倒入盆中,加入開水用筷子攪拌均勻

5麵粉中加入泡打粉,混合均勻

6將酵母粉與浸泡花生的清水混合靜置一會兒

10將大棗去核切小塊

11餳好的麵糊已經膨大

12坐鍋燒水,鋪好屜布,倒上一層麵糊,撒上花生

13再倒上剩餘的麵糊,將大棗均勻的鋪在上面。大火蒸25分鐘即可

小技巧
花生要提前泡一下,再去蒸,會比較面,牙口不好的老人也適宜食用。大棗是乾的,用水浸泡一下,會比較好切。
