1採摘蘆薈葉片,洗乾淨

2拿一把順手的刀

3先把蘆薈邊上的刺切掉,還有葉片上白色部分切掉,然後用刀平著偏掉綠皮,蘆薈肉就出來啦

4清水沖洗乾淨……
