1第一步準備好所有原料

2土豆切片,碼在盤子裡

3臘肉冷水入鍋,開大火煮開

4土豆片放入蒸格,疊到煮鍋上,轉到中火,下面煮臘肉,上面蒸土豆,需25-30分鐘 做土豆泥的土豆一定要蒸久一點

5蒸好後稍微放涼,壓成泥,壓的時候也要儘量壓細一點,才能有綿密的口感

6土豆泥壓好後,把臘肉切小丁

7開小火,煎鍋里放少量油(一會兒臘肉會出些油),放入蔥段,炸出香味後,撈出扔掉

8放入臘肉,煸炒到臘肉出油

9放入泡豇豆,炒出香味

10拌入土豆泥,與臘肉、泡豇豆混合均勻
