原料
高筋麵粉: 700g(70%), 低筋麵粉: 200g(20%), 黑麥粉: 100g(10%), 全麥天然酵種: 300g(30%), 鹽: 21g(2.1%), 水: 500g(50%), 麥芽精: 2g(0.2%)
步驟
1將乾性材料和濕性材料一起倒入攪拌機中,加入天然酵種一起攪拌
