步驟
1鱸魚一條,去內臟、洗凈;

2將鱸魚兩面都划上花刀,放一點點鹽,兩面抹勻;

3將魚的兩面都撒上黑胡椒,抹勻;

4倒一點點料酒,將魚的兩面都抹勻;

5蔥切段;

6將切好的蔥,塞到魚的肚子裡... 然後放旁邊,腌制一會兒... .

7蔥切段,蒜拍好,準備花椒;

8青蒜苗切段;
