5開水煮沸加入涼水,鹽巴,繼續煮,開了再放入麵條,然後煮至九分熟出鍋

6涼水把麵條沖涼,水瀝干,放入幾滴油,攪拌均勻,這樣麵條會有彈性不會黏糊糊的

7開鍋,煎蛋∽

8先放入洋蔥爆炒,花蛤,香腸,胡蘿蔔,最後是包菜,花蛤要炒到口張開,略熟,放入煎蛋

9最後放入麵條,醬油,鹽巴等調味,喜歡的可以放點蔥花跟老乾媽。

注意油的量,不能太多會很油膩,太少會糊鍋∽
