原料
海螺肉: 450g, 豬肉餡: 250g, 黃瓜: 6根, 蔥: 5g, 姜: 5g, 生抽: 2勺, 料酒: 1勺, 花椒油: 4勺, 鹽: 5g
步驟
1準備工作:蔥姜切末。 玉米油冷油入鍋放花椒,中火把花椒炸至微焦,將花椒撈出,就是花椒油了,晾涼備用。
2我用的袋裝海螺肉。如果是新鮮的帶殼海螺,買的時候讓老闆幫忙把殼砸碎,取出海螺肉。

3把海螺片成片

4再切成丁,放一旁備用。

5黃瓜擦成絲,黃瓜瓤容易出水,留下來不要擦成絲。

6留下的黃瓜瓤,可以空口吃掉它們。
