原料
普通麵粉: 一斤, 酵母粉: 10克, 胡麻油: 適量, 溫水: 一碗, 鹽: 一小勺, 小蔥: 兩三棵
步驟
1取一斤麵粉放到盆里,把酵母粉放到溫水裡化開倒進麵粉里用筷子攪,再用手揉成光滑的麵糰,面和的一定要夠軟。蓋保鮮膜發一小時。小蔥洗凈切蔥花備用。拿出擀開把油倒在麵餅中央。

2依次拿起麵餅的各邊把油抹勻。

3抹勻後撒上乾麵粉把乾麵粉再抹勻,撒上小蔥蔥花。

6拿兩個摞在一起

7中指向下壓兩邊折起

8拿著兩端兩隻手向相反的方向擰

9然後把兩端向下收,花捲就做成了。都做好後放蒸屜上靜置十分鐘開火蒸。水開後蒸12分就熟了。
