原料
高粉: 150克, 溫水: 70克, 酵母: 3克, 菠蘿: 半隻, 火腿: 1截, 沙茶醬: 2匙, 清水: 1匙, 橄欖油: 適量, 馬蘇里拉芝士: 適量
步驟
1把餅坯原料混合和成麵糰並發酵1小時,這個過程中把菠蘿和火腿切成片,並用小模具壓成自己喜歡的花形;

2麵糰發好後擀成8寸圓模大小的餅坯;

3在烤盤上刷一層橄欖油;

4把餅坯放進烤盤,用叉子均勻地扎些洞;

5往餅坯上均勻塗抹一層沙茶醬;

小技巧
1、烤盤即便是不粘的也要刷油打底Pizza才會好吃,義大利的Pizza好吃的根本原因之一就是油要多; 2、沙茶醬比較稠,不是很好塗抹,可以加一匙清水稀釋再塗抹就容易多了; 3、我的烤箱按鈕溫度比實測的低30度,請根據自己烤箱的脾氣控溫,最好人不要離開太久,而且上火要低點才不至於烤焦。
