小技巧
1.黃油可用橄欖油代替 2.西紅柿個人喜歡拿在手上直接切入鍋中,不浪費汁水,但不建議新手不熟練刀法的人用 3.如果喜歡更硬口感的,可以出鍋後用冰水過面 4.可澆醬食用,亦可麵條加入鍋中扮勻後裝盤
