黃麵條/油麵條: 2kg, 熱狗: 1包, 菜心: 3-4顆, 雞蛋: 9粒, 洋蔥: 1粒, 蒜頭: 3-5瓣, 食油: 適量, 魚餅: 1包, 黑醬油(老抽): 適量, 鹽: 適量, 蚝油: 適量, 雞精粉/味精: 適量, 水: 適量
步驟
1把材料洗凈,切段備用

2把雞蛋打散,煎散煎熟備用

4過後倒入菜心根先炒

5然後加入魚餅,熱狗和菜心葉一起炒

6過後加入適量的水,然後下黑醬油和調味料,煮至材料熟,熄火

7熄火後拌入麵條,把所有麵條拌均勻,過後又開火炒至麵條熟和汁收干。熄火。
