原料
低筋麵粉: 100克, 紅糖: 45克, 紅棗: 30克, 全蛋液: 90克, 色拉油: 50克, 泡打粉: 2克, 小蘇打: 1克, 清水: 30克
步驟
1紅棗去核,對半切開,鍋中加入清水和紅棗煮至略干,攪打成泥或者切成泥狀;

2雞蛋中加入色拉油,用手動打蛋器攪拌均勻;

8烤箱上下管加熱,170℃,預熱;
