紫薯和木薯澱粉的比例一般來講是1:1,或1:1.2都可以,不同的木薯澱粉做出來口感上會有區別,這個牌子的糯米粉和粘米粉是我最近特別喜歡用的一款,沒想到它的這款泰國進口的木薯澱粉口感比國產的木薯澱粉好很多?
