阿膠: 250g, 黃酒: 250g, 紅棗: 200g, 枸杞: 70g, 熟的黑芝麻: 200g, 熟的核桃: 200g, 冰糖: 250g
步驟
1把阿膠敲碎

2用1:1比例的黃酒把阿膠泡2-3天,目的是為了軟化阿膠,方便熬煮,如果是阿膠粉就不用這麼了

3把大棗去核剪碎,核桃仁掰四分之一,食材都準備妥當

4把冰糖用研磨機研碎,方便冰糖溶化

5阿膠隔水煮,或者用砂鍋搪瓷鍋等直接熬煮,慢慢攪拌直到阿膠全部化開

6依次把冰糖(冰糖一定要全部化開),大棗、枸杞、核桃、黑芝麻等材料倒入阿膠之中,攪拌均勻
