原料
麵條, 色拉油, 辣油, 香油, 老抽, 生抽, 涼拌汁, 熟白芝麻, 白糖, 香蔥, 雞湯
步驟
1 鍋中把水燒開;

2 加入麵條;

3 煮開後中間點兩次冷水,每次半碗;

4 麵條過水沖涼後放入事先準備好的冰水裡再次過涼;

5 濾乾麵條水分後加入適量色拉油攪拌,防止其粘連,放入冰箱冷藏;

6 香蔥切碎後放入碗里;
