原料
高筋麵粉300g,牛奶150g,雞蛋1個,細砂糖30g,黃油30g,酵母4g,鹽1g,火腿腸9根,馬蘇里拉芝士粒適量(夠鋪表面就行了),雞蛋黃1個,色拉油10g
步驟
1按先液體後粉類的順序,把300g高筋麵粉+150g牛奶+1個雞蛋+30g細砂糖+4g酵母+1g鹽全部倒入廚師機里

2開動廚師機中攪拌,和麵糰有光滑的表面即可
