簡介
小時候最愛吃的麵食之一,韭菜做餡,用麥秸草燒火放在鏊子上烙熟,現如今這種做法在農村大概還有,一般家庭都在用電餅鐺做,味道差不多,只是沒了那股麥秸草混合著散發出的香味了,甚是懷念.
原料
菠菜, 韭菜, 麵粉, 木耳, 雞蛋, 海米, 油, 鹽, 味精
步驟
1菠菜、韭菜(少許)擇凈、洗凈
