原料
木糖醇杏仁露 200克, 熟山藥 150克, 淡奶油 100克, 木糖醇蛋糕片 兩片, 彌猴桃, 小紅李子, 木糖醇 20克, 魚膠片 兩片
步驟
1山藥去皮切小塊入鍋蒸熟,取150克山藥加200克杏仁露和10克木糖醇,用料理機攪拌成泥備用

2魚膠片用冷水泡軟,隔水加熱或微波爐加熱至融化備用

5將杏仁露山藥泥與淡奶油混合均勻

6倒入融化的魚膠片拌勻即成慕斯餡

7取六寸活底蛋糕模,先鋪一片蛋糕片,倒入一半4的慕斯餡,再鋪另一片修剪的稍小些的蛋糕片,倒入剩餘慕斯餡,晃勻,入冰箱冷藏4小時左右至凝固,取出,脫模,裝飾即可
