鸡胸肉(里脊肉): 1块, 面包糠: 100克, 淀粉: 适量, 鸡蛋: 2个
步骤
1将鸡肉(里脊肉)切成1cm厚度

2用肉凿将肉横竖各拍一遍,这样可以使肉更嫩。(鸡肉拍一面,里脊肉两面都要拍)

4准备面粉,普通面粉即可!(我用的是韩国炸粉)

6鸡蛋

7先将肉片用鸡蛋裹一下,然后裹一层面粉,最后裹五遍面包糠

9全部裹好后,放置至少两个小时(这样可以让面包糠粘在肉上,不然很容易掉)

10大火烧油,油开后开始炸,鸡肉变膨胀便可!
