3肉末盆内打入一枚鸡蛋,倒入面粉,放入葱末,加入精盐,鸡精,十三香,生抽~

4朝一个方向顺时针搅拌均匀,上劲~

5锅内倒适量油~

6手洗净抓面团,用虎口位置挤出圆团(新手也可以提前将所有面团搓圆备用)~

7用汤匙切下去,慢慢放入油锅内(可以准备些清水,汤匙不时沾沾水就不会沾面团了)~

8一个个下入油锅内,转小火炸至,不时用勺子推动炸的均匀(火太大,以免外皮炸糊,内里没熟)~

9炸至金黄色即可(也可在复炸一遍更酥脆)~
