原料
豆腐: 400g, 盐及胡椒粉: 适量, 油: 1 1/2汤匙, 大葱: 2汤匙切片, 蒜: 2小块切片, 青,红辣椒: 约100g, 辣椒粉: 1/2茶匙, 小茴香粉: 1/2茶匙, 椒盐粉: 1/2茶匙

2豆腐漼沥干水后大约切成半寸厚的长方型!

3把豆腐平放在干碟上洒上盐及胡椒粉备用!

4煎锅放油,待油温微滚烫加入豆腐煎至金黄,约三分鈡反至另一面同样做法。煎好的豆腐转换碟上备用!

5煎锅加入油放入大葱及蒜片番炒片刻至闻到香味出来!

6之后再放入青红辣椒继续炒,炒至辣椒软身约1-2分钟即可。再加入辣椒粉、茴香粉、椒盐粉一起炒至均匀即可!

7炒好的辣椒圈放上豆腐即可食用,不喜欢辣椒的童鞋们直接食用豆腐也是好好吃!
