小技巧
1、我喜欢用绿豆淀粉哈。出来口感我感觉是最好的。是绿豆淀粉不是绿豆粉。 2、粉水比例1:6.可以适当调节。但是水不能太多。多了粉糊出来太稀薄。凉粉Q度会不够 3、煮的时候注意一定要木勺子或者木铲不停搅拌,不要让它糊锅 4、煮到半透明状就可以了,这个没有那么玄乎哈。很随意。自己看着点就可以了 5、凉了凝固就可以,夏天放冰箱冷藏下口感会更好 6、拌凉粉的配料看自己喜欢放就是了,最简单也是我比较喜欢的就是直接用老干妈
