原料
普通面粉: 500克, 酵母: 5克, 温水: 适量, 豆沙: 适量
步骤
1酵母用少量温水化开,加入面粉,根据自家面粉吸水量适当加入温水,揉成光滑的面团,盖上保鲜膜放至温暖处醒发,发好的面如图!

2醒发好的面拿出揉匀!

3用擀面杖擀成面片,涂抹上事先准备好的豆沙,如果豆沙太干可加适量温水调希,方便涂抹!

4从上至下卷起!

6拿起一块两手拇指同时从中间向下按!

7两手捏住两端,一只手需要拍照,大家理解就好!

8左手拇指放在一端的下面!
