原料
鸡腿: 1只, 土豆: 2个, 青椒: 2个, 大蒜: 4瓣, 葱白段: 2份, 生姜块: 2份, 啤酒: 1罐, 花椒: 一小把, 大料: 1个, 冰糖: 10块左右, 郫县豆瓣酱: 1勺
步骤
1冷水下锅:鸡大腿,葱段1份,生姜块1份,料酒2勺(吃饭勺)

2趁这时候把土豆块切好

3鸡肉变色后,撇开沫子,捞出来

4热锅凉油,放花椒,大料,冰糖

5待冰糖融化,把鸡块下锅,4勺生抽,1勺郫县豆瓣酱,蚝油2勺,翻炒~~

6翻炒均匀后,倒入一罐啤酒?,烧开

7放土豆,葱段1份,生姜块1份,加水至没过土豆鸡肉,再烧开后转小火炖20分钟(这一步忘记拍照了,笨)
8将青椒切块,大蒜切大块 炖20分钟后,放青椒和大蒜块,翻炒,然后大火收汁~~ 留多少汤按照喜好来定~~
