1材料:香肠,腊肉,腊鸡腿,南瓜

2腊鸡腿切块用冷水浸泡1-2小时。(腊鸡腿有一定咸度,要浸泡后才可以烹饪。中间可以换几次水。)

3香肠和腊肉切片

4所有腊味用温水冲洗几遍后沥干水分

5油锅姜片爆香后,下入腊味翻炒。(尽量少加油,腊味本身有油)

6加料酒,少许盐和糖调味。(腊味都有一定咸味,可以不加盐。)

9上热水锅中小火蒸20分钟左右。(腊鸡腿比较难熟,只要这个熟烂,其他就没问题了。)
