根据自己需要的量定:
步骤
1牛,猪里脊肉,还有白糖,盐,必须是瘦肉,否则效果就不好了!

2如上图一样,将肉筋,肥肉切除,并切成1厘米左右的见方!便于入味

3把调料统统放进去腌制,小茴香,八角,葱,姜,13香,料酒,酱油,盐/(不放糖!

4抓均匀~~放置大约2--4小时!!

5点火上高压锅(没有高压锅就尽量把肉弄熟吧)上气10分钟!

6好了~~把调料全都拿出来,晾干肉~~~用微波炉打上3分钟也可以

7料理机 把肉打烂~~~

8已经有点肉松的样子了吧~~下一步是脱水了~~

9热锅上油(少许)加热并且把锅面全部粘上油!防止粘锅!油开后关到最小火~~~不停的~~扒拉~~~(10---30分钟)即可~~肉不冒气,松散了 就可以了~~此过程放糖~~
