原料
黄酒: 适量, 带鱼: 2条, 盐: 适量, 胡椒粉: 适量, 面粉: 适量, 姜: 半只, 蒜: 3瓣, 小葱: 若干, 醋: 适量, 生抽: 若干
步骤
1带鱼洗净切段,放入盐、胡椒粉、黄酒等拌匀,腌三小时;
