花生油: 32克, 转化糖浆: 95克, 枧水: 2克, 中筋面粉: 80克, 杂粮面(非纯杂粮粉): 55克(紫薯 南瓜 红高粱 黑米), 抹茶粉(五十铃): 3-5克(55克杂粮面剩余部分改中粉), 可可粉(法芙娜): 6-8克(55克杂粮面剩余部分改中粉), 用量为10个75克的月饼饼皮:
步骤
1和饼皮,先将花生油、糖浆、枧水混合均匀,再加入事先混合好的粉类,用刮刀搅拌均匀,静置醒面至少2小时以上
