步骤
1首先准备熬制焦糖酱材料:细砂糖、水、淡奶油

2奶锅加入细砂糖和水加热(淡奶油如果是冰箱取出的需要坐温水,温差太大容易使糖结块)

3糖变成焦糖色后关火

4一手慢慢倒入淡奶油的同时另一手用刮刀迅速搅拌,煮好的焦糖酱彻底晾凉备用

5准备好蛋糕用料:黄油、细砂糖、鸡蛋、低筋面粉、泡打粉、杏仁粉、焦糖酱、杏仁片

6黄油切小块,至手指压进去略用力可以戳入即可,加入细砂糖,用刮刀将两者混合
