2先开火热锅,倒适量菜籽油,拿起锅饼转一圈让油均匀,开中火等油冒烟后再磕下鸡蛋,煎荷包蛋。煎炸比较喜欢用菜籽油,菜籽油是自己家做的。

3等荷包蛋底部凝固后再翻面小火煎1分钟即可盛出来

4煎蛋同时可以大火把水烧滚,再下一把面条
