1绿茶粉置入温水中,搅均,再放入酵粉,搁置几分钟

2面粉和小苏打粉和在一起,将放入酵粉的水倒入面粉,搓成光滑的粉团

3密封好粉团,静置一个小时,粉团膨胀成两倍多大,再搓,排掉空气

4分小件,取一小件撵成长形半厘米厚的薄皮,中间厚,上下两边稍薄
