大白菜: 2棵(约1000克), 白萝卜: 1个(小的), 苹果: 1个, 梨: 1个, 韩国泡菜专业辣椒粉(可以改100-150克)好辣: 200克, 糯米粉: 50克, 水: 500克, 糖: 45-50克, 盐: 适量, 鱼露: 2勺
步骤
1提前1日清洗大白菜,将白菜撕开一片一片

2加盐,搓均匀每一块白菜,放24小时以上,方便白菜出水!

324小时后,把大白菜浸出来的水倒掉,拿一小口吃下,看看有多咸,用清水把大白菜的盐洗去,如果咸就多冲几次就好了,洗好后再次沥干水分

4胡萝卜洗干净,削皮,切条

6把糯米粉50克倒到不粘锅里
