1土豆洗净、切厚片,虾去掉虾头和虾线

11用勺子充分搅拌均匀,用手抓一下,能成团即可

12取一团土豆泥,先整成小饼,包入虾,留出虾尾,再捏成团,粘一层生粉

小技巧
1.葱姜蒜粉的加入很提味,如果没有可以用切碎的葱姜蒜末替代; 2.淀粉的量根据土豆泥的稠度调节,慢慢加入、混合,直至易于成团即可; 3.捏好的土豆球沾一层生粉,以免相互粘连; 4.花椒和干辣椒炸香后就可以挑出,免得不小心吃到会麻嘴。
