原料
绿豆淀粉: 100克, 蒜泥: 5克, 味精: 3克, 酱油: 5毫升, 醋: 2勺, 味精: 少许
步骤
1将绿豆淀粉加水调匀后,慢慢地倒入沸水锅中,改小火慢慢煮,边煮边不断搅动(图1~图3)。

4将锅中粉浆煮至呈完全变透明并伴有小泡泡腾状,起锅倒入方形器皿中,并置于凉水中浸凉、凝固,或放入冰箱快速冷凝(图4)
