步骤
1准备500g猪肉里脊,洗净用厨房用纸擦干水分

2猪肉里脊从块切片切条切丁再剁成泥

3加入配料表中的蚝油、生抽、料酒、糖粉、红曲粉、黑胡椒

4用筷子搅拌均匀,多搅拌一会儿,让肉上劲

5将肉泥放在烘焙纸上,上面也盖一张烘焙纸,用擀面杖擀平,放在烤盘上

6刷一层蜂蜜,再在上面撒上芝麻

7烤箱180度预热,放入烤盘烤15分钟

815分钟后取出,倒掉渗出来的卤汁,取另外一张烘焙纸,翻面放在烤盘上,刷上一层蜂蜜,撒上芝麻,再放烤箱烘烤15-20分钟
