原料
鸡爪: 8只, 老抽: 6勺, 香叶: 若干片, 桂皮: 2块, 八角: 4个, 花椒: 6粒, 姜: 3片, 料酒: 1勺, 白糖: 一勺克, 盐: 适量克, 干辣椒: 2个
步骤
1鸡爪洗干净,剪掉指甲,放入锅里掉水,再煮3~5分钟,煮熟鸡爪

2煮熟后用凉水洗干净,再加水漫过鸡爪

3一勺料酒再加6勺生抽(因为没有老抽了)

7加桂皮,花椒,香叶,八角,辣椒用小火一直炖,大概40分钟后就出锅了(可能我加的水有点少,应该要炖个一个小时左右)
