原料
低粉: 100克(我用的中粉), 香蕉: 2个, 鸡蛋: 2个, 砂糖: 30克(被我减至25克), 色拉油: 50克, 盐: 1/2勺, 苏打粉: 1/2勺, 核桃肉: 一把
步骤
1表面撒上一层高粉,并用利刀斜着划上3刀

2入预热195度的烤箱,用190度烤箱,中层(大烤箱放中上层)30—35分钟左右

3把面粉,盐,苏打粉混合后筛入,切拌均匀,拌匀就好,不要过度搅拌
