虾米: 少许, 小干葱头: 2个, 南姜: 2大块, 蒜蓉: 少许, Lodeh酱: 1包, 黄姜粉: 1茶匙, 高汤: 1.5升, 油豆腐: 5块, 红萝卜: 1根, 青椒: 1个, 豆角: 4条, 佛手瓜: 1个, 印尼臭豆 Petai: 少许, 香叶: 2片, 椰浆: 1/2杯, 盐、椰糖: 适量

1取出臭豆备用

2虾米用水泡40分钟左右 沥干水分备用

4油豆腐切半 红萝卜去皮切块 青椒切块 豆角切段 佛手瓜去皮切块备用

5锅内热油 炒香小干葱头 炒至干葱头金黄色后加入虾米和南姜炒出香味

6加入黄姜粉、蒜、Lodeh酱炒香

7加入高汤、香叶 煮沸后加入油豆腐、红萝卜、青椒、豆角、佛手瓜、臭豆煮至所有蔬菜熟透
